As each rug is made just for you, all sales are final and we can’t accept returns. We highly recommend double-checking the design, colors, and measurements before you place your order. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to assist!

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as it’s done by 7:00 PM ET the day after you place it. After that, the rug enters production, and we can no longer accept cancellations.
